Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad for a Service Technician & Sales Assistance role. The individual will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks, identifying and addressing technical issues, providing field support, and delivering excellent customer service. The role requires effective communication with customers to understand and resolve their concerns while assisting with sales inquiries when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair to ensure the functionality and efficiency of the products and services
• Strong Troubleshooting and Field Service abilities to identify and solve technical issues effectively
• Strong Customer Service skills to positively engage with clients and address their needs
• General knowledge and experience in Maintenance practices
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact with both team members and customers
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a similar role and familiarity with sanitary wares is a plus
