Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Kadayampatti. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing regular maintenance and repairs on electric vehicles, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and conducting field service visits as needed. Additionally, the role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring timely and efficient solutions to customer concerns, and maintaining accurate service records.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of electric vehicles and equipment
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving mechanical problems
- Experience in Field Service, delivering on-site support and repairs
- Excellent Customer Service orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of electric vehicle components and systems is an advantage
- Valid driver’s license preferred for field service responsibilities
- Technical diploma, vocational training, or equivalent experience in automobile repair
