Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician located in Hosur. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair of equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, providing on-site field service, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. The role will include daily travel to various customer locations to address service requests and ensure operational safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of equipment
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to quickly and effectively identify and resolve technical issues
- Proficiency in performing on-site Field Service tasks
- Customer Service skills to ensure clear communication, problem resolution, and client satisfaction
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage time effectively
- Technical certifications or a diploma in a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in LPG or related industries is an added advantage
