Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Technician role located in Mumbai. The Service Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, diagnosing and repairing technical issues, conducting field service troubleshooting, and ensuring optimal performance of medical devices. Additional responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our equipment meets operational standards in clinical settings.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Maintenance & Repair processes to ensure equipment remains fully operational
- Strong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and solve technical issues
- Field Service expertise to effectively address technical requirements at customer locations
- Customer Service skills to maintain excellent client relationships and deliver professional support
- Proficiency in routine Maintenance tasks for medical devices and equipment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Technical diploma, degree, or relevant certification in electronics or biomedical engineering is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
