Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Technician based in Hyderabad. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mosquito traps and related equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and providing field service at client locations. The role also involves offering excellent customer service, ensuring issues are addressed promptly, and maintaining the functionality and efficiency of all equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair of equipment and general machine upkeep
- Strong Troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues effectively
- Experience in Field Service for onsite installations, repairs, and service calls
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities to address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Diploma, technical certification, or relevant experience in a similar role
