Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Service Technician based in New Delhi, with partial work-from-home flexibility. Responsibilities include performing maintenance and repair tasks for two-wheelers, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, and providing excellent customer support on-site and remotely. The role involves conducting field visits, ensuring effective service delivery, and coordinating with the team to meet customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Maintenance & Repair of two-wheelers, with a strong understanding of best practices.
- Skilled in diagnosing and Troubleshooting technical issues effectively and efficiently.
- Experience in Field Service work, including handling on-site installations and resolving service concerns.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and problem-solving to address client needs.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a hybrid work model.
- Basic understanding of industry tools and technologies used in automotive services.
- Experience in the automotive service sector is a plus.
- Diploma or certification in a relevant technical field is preferred.
