Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are aligned with client expectations and deliverables meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Work closely with customer service teams to incorporate feedback into project planning and improvement.
- Serve as a point of escalation for customer-related issues within projects.
- Promote a customer-centric approach across project teams to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Communicate Service status, risk assessments, and strategic impacts to senior leadership.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and priorities.
- Contribute to the development of annual service plans and revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and ensure continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain operational procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team management, ASP management.
- Service P&L management & accountability.
- Assist the Service Manager in handling daily affairs.
Key Requirements (India - Gurgaon)
- 5+ years of experience in Service Delivery, Customer Operations, or Project Management.
- Proven experience managing SLAs, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and P&L.
- Strong background in Team Management and managing external partners (ASPs).
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills and experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Solid understanding of service process optimization and compliance.
