About this opportunity:
The Resource Manager is responsible for handling all issues related to resource allocation for project deliveries. The role involves providing Practitioners from the respective competence pool from his or her owning competence, or from other RM’s pool for any request landing in the Erimatch. In case of unavailability of internal supply, the RM needs to ensure that hiring is done at an appropriate and defined time of receiving any request.
What you will do:
A Resource Manager works in one or more of the following area:
- RMs to ensure the resource assignment is up-to-date Fulfilment in association with Line managers
- Maintain tool hygiene (EriMatch) Maintaining sourcing skill matrix Regular sync up with MA team on demand validation and tab on forecasted vs non forecasted demand
- Tracking resource utilization along with LMs Follow-up on NWIDs deemed necessary
- Time booking & Time-sheet compliance
- Training and Deployment of the GET’
- Capturing and monitoring of the Future Deman
- Ensuring Fulfilment timelines
- Tools deployment for Demand Management
- Conducting Practitioner Connect Sessions Managing Tools & Process Road-map
- Timely Publishing & Reporting correct data on VISTA Dashboard
- Forecasting Training needs based on the new demands
- Maintain supply including bench and roll off tracking.
The skills you bring:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PPT to compile, analyse and present information effectively. Knowledge of Power BI and Python
- Knowledge of Ericsson systems, processes and Delivery Methodology
- Progressive mindset with knowledge of Artificial intelligence and its application in Resource Management Area.
- Energetic; Result Oriented; Team Player; Analytical; Persistent; Ability to Perform under Stress; Diligent; Data Analyst.
- BE/MBA or equivalent through experience
