Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Relationship Manager located in Mumbai, India. The Service Relationship Manager will focus on managing and nurturing client relationships to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, coordinating with internal teams to meet service expectations, monitoring customer feedback, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to maintain and build lasting professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Business Relationship Management and nurturing client partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction and provide excellent Customer Service
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to address client concerns effectively
- Basic Finance knowledge and the ability to manage budget-related tasks
- Organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and a service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
- Previous experience in luxury or design-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
