Role Description
The Service Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore. This role involves managing relationships with clients and key business partners to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. Daily responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing financial aspects related to customer accounts, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role requires effective communication with internal teams to align services and offerings with client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Relationship Management and maintaining strong client relationships
- Proficiency in ensuring Customer Satisfaction through active engagement and problem resolution
- Strong Communication skills for effective interaction with clients and internal teams
- Experience with Financial management related to client accounts or budgets
- Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and build trust with key stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a similar customer-focused role is advantageous
