Role Description
We are looking for a Service Relationship Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. As a full-time, on-site team member, you will be responsible for assisting and supporting students during their skill development and placement journey. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining positive relationships with students, addressing queries, ensuring smooth execution of programs, and gathering feedback to enhance learner satisfaction. You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between students and FACE Prep’s programs by fostering proactive communication and providing solutions to their concerns.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple student interactions effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities for addressing and resolving student concerns quickly.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and record-keeping.
- Customer service experience or a background in handling client relationships is a plus.
- Positive, empathetic, and approachable personality, with a learner-focused attitude.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; familiarity with educational or tech-related industries is an added advantage.
- Mandatory Hindi Fluency and willing to travel if you're requested.
