Role Description The Service Planner – Rudrapur will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating pest management services for clients, ensuring timely and efficient delivery. This full-time, on-site role, based in Gurugram, involves allocating service teams, preparing daily and weekly service plans, and optimizing routes and resources to meet operational targets. The role includes tracking service execution, maintaining accurate records, and supporting field teams to resolve scheduling or service-related issues. The Service Planner will communicate regularly with customers and internal stakeholders to confirm appointments, manage changes, and support high levels of customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring service performance data, identifying gaps, and collaborating with operations leadership to improve service quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong service planning and scheduling skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret service data, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements.
- Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with customers, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Customer satisfaction focus, with the ability to handle inquiries, manage expectations, and support service recovery when needed.
- Operations management understanding, including basic knowledge of service workflows, routing, and documentation.
- Proficiency with MS Office tools (especially Excel) and familiarity with planning or CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in service coordination, logistics, facilities, or pest management operations is preferred.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, operations, or a related field.
