Role Description
This is a contract role for a Service Partner, which is an on-site position based in India. The Service Partner will provide top-tier customer support, ensure seamless communication, address client inquiries, and assist in maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities also include analyzing customer interactions, identifying areas for improvement, and addressing any service-related issues in alignment with company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to engage effectively with clients and resolve their concerns
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills to evaluate customer needs and provide tailored service solutions
- Experience with Customer Service practices and the ability to maintain a customer-first approach
- Basic understanding of Finance to handle service operations with accuracy
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Prior experience in service operations or customer-facing roles is highly desirable
