Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Operations professional based in Noida. In this role, you will handle day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of service processes and enhancing operational efficiency. The responsibilities include analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement, providing excellent customer service, and managing key operational workflows while working closely with internal teams to deliver optimal results.
Qualifications
- Competence in Service Operations and Operations Management to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and process improvement.
- Effective Communication skills to interact and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
- Proficiency in Customer Service to address and resolve queries with a customer-first mindset.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in service operations or a similar role is a plus.
