Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Service Operations Manager (ASP & Logistics) for an on-site position in Chennai. The role entails managing after-sales service partners (ASP), ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. You will supervise service delivery processes, coordinate logistics to optimize operations, and implement training programs to enhance team performance. The role also includes analyzing customer feedback to improve service processes and working closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to enhance client relationships and address feedback effectively.
- Expertise in Operations Management and Service Delivery for driving efficiency and operational excellence.
- Proven ability in Training and team development for upskilling and improving overall team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced certifications are a plus.
- Prior experience in logistics or service operations, preferably in industries such as telecom, retail, or technology.
