JD for ServiceNow Lead: We are hiring for one of multinational full time role for Lead position in Service Now area.
Position Details:
Total Experience: 9+ to 14 years
Employment Mode: Full-Time (FTE)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Location - Hyderabad or Pune (3 days working from office)
Job Description:
- Minimum 9+ years of strong software development experience with at least 7+ years in ServiceNow applications development and implementation.
- Proven track record in building applications using the ServiceNow platform development and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with ServicePortal and UI component development.
- Strong knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST, and related frameworks.
- Passion for JavaScript and web development, with a focus on reusability and componentization.
- Demonstrated aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, and ability to work in culturally diverse teams.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
Responsibilities:
- Strong IT experience in ServiceNow platform delivery. solid hands-on experience in ServiceNow platforms with excellent communication skills.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow Platform, with a focus on Platform AI Search.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript frameworks such as Technically hands-on in UI frameworks like Angular, React with hands-on experience in HTML, CSS
- Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices.
- Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems.
- Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc.
- Has experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform
- Hands-on proficiency in ServiceNow Platform including Scripting, integrations, ACLs, Flow designer, Scheduled jobs or equivalent
- Solid implementation experience in cross-system integrations using REST, Graph QL or related technologies.
- Proven expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.
- Strong experience in team management, people development, and project governance.
- Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, scripting, integrations, and performance optimization.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- ITIL/ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, CTA, ITIL v3/v4) preferred.
