Role Description
- This is a full-time role for a Service Now HRSD and CSM Product Owner. The responsibilities include leading the design, development, and optimization of Service Now HRSD and CSM workflows. Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and CSM configuration, customization, and integration.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into actionable user stories and specifications.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications, such as ITIL and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, are highly desirable.
