🚀 We’re Hiring: ServiceNow GRC Practice Head
inMorphis is scaling its Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) capabilities and is looking for a dynamic ServiceNow GRC Practice Head to lead and grow our IRM/GRC practice. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about building high-performing teams, driving strategic engagements, and delivering impactful risk & compliance solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
🔎 What You’ll Do
Lead and expand the ServiceNow IRM/GRC practice, defining strategy and growth roadmap
Drive large-scale, end-to-end ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations
Oversee solutioning across Risk, Compliance, Audit, and Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders for advisory and transformation initiatives
Build and mentor a team of consultants and SMEs
Establish best practices, accelerators, and frameworks for GRC delivery
Align solutions with global frameworks like ISO, NIST, SOX, and regulatory requirements
Drive pre-sales, proposals, and client workshops
✅ What We’re Looking For
12–18 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, IT Governance, Audit, or TPRM
Strong hands-on and leadership experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC implementations
Proven track record of managing large teams and enterprise clients
Deep understanding of risk frameworks, regulatory landscapes, and industry standards
Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and business development skills
Ability to drive practice growth and innovation
