- 8–10+ years of experience.
- Must have a ServiceNow certification.
- Extensive experience in building user interfaces and experiences leveraging ServiceNow UX frameworks.
- Hands-on with Next Experience and Workspace development, including UI Builder, PA widgets, and Playbook-driven workflows.
- Ability to create responsive components, configure Playbooks, and integrate automation flows with ServiceNow.
- Strong understanding of ITSM modules, ITOM integrations, and automation in ServiceNow.
