Role Summary
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Portal Developer with strong experience in AngularJS to design, develop, and enhance intuitive, high-performance ServiceNow Service Portal. The role focuses on delivering responsive, user-centric portal experiences while ensuring alignment with ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, and enterprise security standards.
The developer will closely collaborate with ServiceNow administrators, ITSM process owners, UX designers, and backend developers to deliver scalable and maintainable portal solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow Service Portal using AngularJS.
- Customize Service CatLog items, Record Producers, and portal forms to support ITSM/ESM use cases.
- Ensure portal design aligns with ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge).
- Optimize portal performance, reusability, and maintainability of AngularJS components.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to translate wireframes into functional portal designs.
- Support portal-related issues in Production and participate in root cause analysis.
- Adhere to ServiceNow SDLC, coding standards, and security/compliance guidelines.
- Document portal designs, configurations, and custom components for audit and operational readiness.
