The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Technology Leadership team you will lead ServiceNow implementation projects, driving innovation and efficiency across modules. As a Manager, you will mentor teams and manage client relationships, maintaining successful project delivery and fostering a collaborative work environment.

What You Must Have

- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Application Developer preferred
- Leading ServiceNow implementation projects in consulting environments

Job Description
8–12 years of total IT experience with 5+ years of hands-on experience on the ServiceNow platform
across modules such as ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, SPM, CSM, or custom applications.
Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementation projects in a consulting environment.
Strong hands-on experience in advanced ServiceNow development (Business Rules, Client Scripts,
Script Includes, UI Pages, UI Macros, workflows, custom tables).
Strong experience architecting and maintaining ServiceNow integrations with third-party systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor teams across development, testing, and implementation
phases.
Experience with Agile project management, sprint leadership, backlog refinement, and user story
creation.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to think strategically and deliver innovative, scalable
solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships and
collaborate across business and technology teams.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
field.
ServiceNow Certifications Such As
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory
- CIS (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/SPM/CSM,etc.)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- GenAI/AI-related ServiceNow accreditations
- ITIL certification (v3/v4) or similar process framework experience.
