Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications with a focus on ITSM modules
(Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
Implement and enhance workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using
REST, SOAP, APIs, and middleware tools.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Configure ServiceNow ITSM modules based on best practices.
Create and maintain Service Catalog items, record producers, and workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform.
Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT activities.
Maintain technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.
Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and MID Server.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, and Service Portal.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with update sets, scoped applications, and version control.
