Role & Responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations.
- Support incident resolution, problem management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Participate in ServiceNow SDLC processes including documentation, testing, and deployment.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development and administration
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs
- Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices
- Experience with CMDB management
- Familiarity with ServiceNow SDLC processes
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work onsite in India
- Preferred
- Certification in ServiceNow System Administration or similar
- Experience with integrations and scripting within ServiceNow
