Role: Service Now Developer
Location: Chennai
Exp: 4-8 yrs
Mode of interview : walk-in on (25-Apr-26) saturday in person (F2F)
Role and Responsibilities (Accountabilities):
- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including Incident, Change, Problem, and Request Management tailored to financial workflows.
- Build and maintain a compliant CMDB with accurate data models for financial infrastructure and applications.
- Create secure request forms and flows to support internal and customer-facing services.
- Implement integrations with financial systems using Integration Hub and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Develop automation scripts and orchestration flows to support self-healing and AIOps.
- Collaborate with architects, analysts, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory standards.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and documentation of developed solutions.
Must Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ITSM and ITOM modules in a regulated environment.
- Experience with CMDB configuration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML, CSS, Portals, Widgets and Flow Designer.
- Familiarity with Integration Hub and third-party system integrations
