ServiceNow Lead / Developer – Hiring Now!
Experience: 5–15 Years
Locations: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Lead with strong ITSM and integration expertise to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance ServiceNow ITSM applications
- Work on Integrations (REST/SOAP) with external systems
- Configure/Develop: Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes
- Build Service Catalog items, Workflows, Flow Designer flows
- Manage Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge modules
- Create Reports and Dashboards
- Support CMDB, SecOps, AIOPS, Event Management (good to have)
Required Skills
- 5+ years in ServiceNow Development
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
- Hands-on with Import Sets & Transform Maps
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow fundamentals – cloning, upgrades, plugins, transactions
- CSA or CAD certification is mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in US overlap hours (12 PM – 10 PM IST)
