- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM and ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Flow Designer, Workflow Automation, Scheduled Jobs, Events, Notifications, Asynchronous Processing, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Strong experience with REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, MID Server, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, SSO, identity integrations, and enterprise system integrations.
- Good understanding of secure development practices, RBAC, audit, data retention, compliance, and governance.
- Experience with technical documentation, Agile/Scrum methodology, release management, platform upgrades, cloning, and deployments.
- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to lead technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
