Job Description
Design develop and implement ServiceNow Customer Service Management CSM modules tailored to business needs Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate CSM with other platforms and tools Utilize strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities to enhance customer service workflows Develop and maintain automated processes using scripting languages such as JavaScript and JSON Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions Ensure data accuracy completeness and adherence to best practices in platform configuration Participate in platform upgrades patch deployments and custom application issue resolution Support platform related incident management and user access modifications Continuously learn and adapt to new ServiceNow features and cloud administration aspects
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead and participate in projects following Agile and Scrum methodologies Act as a key contributor within the ServiceNow CSM team providing technical expertise and guidance Develop client side and server side scripts including Catalog Client Scripts Business Rules Script Actions and Script Includes Manage incidents related to platform support including persona creation LDAPAD synchronization and deployment activities Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements design solutions and ensure successful implementation Monitor platform performance troubleshoot issues and implement remediation strategies Communicate effectively with team members and customers providing clear documentation and status updates Demonstrate strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills to handle crisis management and ensure service continuity
