Must-Have Skills
- 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform
- Detailed understanding of ServiceNow best practices, standards, and applications
- Experience in ServiceNow customization and development
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to ITSM modules
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Knowledge of Workflows / Flow Designer
- Experience in support and enhancement projects
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
