Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Service Marketing Executive responsible for driving AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) revenue, enhancing customer retention, and delivering strong after-sales service experience.
The role involves a mix of service sales, customer relationship management, and field engagement, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and recurring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive AMC sales and service revenue by expanding the existing customer base
- Ensure high customer retention through timely follow-ups and renewal closures
- Identify customer needs and promote after-sales service solutions and contracts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement
- Conduct field visits to meet customers, understand requirements, and resolve concerns
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, operations) for seamless service delivery
- Track and manage renewal pipelines, service performance, and customer feedback
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience in AMC sales / service marketing / after-sales service / customer retention
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills
- Proven ability in sales, negotiation, and closing renewals
- Comfortable with field work and client interactions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Exposure to retail products / industrial products / service contracts preferred
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting
