Job Title – Service Manager / Team Leader - Service Operations (Consumer Durables / Large Appliances)
Work Location: U.S Complex, Adjacent to Jasola Apollo Metro Station, Mathura Road New Delhi-110076
Background of the Role:
We, Infinity Assurance Solutions specialize in Warranty Service Administration, Extended Warranty, Accidental Damage Protection and a wide range of service products under our own brand “InfyShield.”
Our offerings cover Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, Kitchen Appliances, IT Equipment, Office Automation, AV Solutions, Classroom and Conference Room Technologies, and more.
We are hiring Service Manager / Team Leader - Service Operations (Consumer Durables / Large Appliances) to be responsible for overseeing after-sales service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing service partner network (franchisees). This role focuses on consumer durables, large appliances and HVAC systems, requiring partnership management, team management, technical knowledge and operational excellence.
Initially service operations will include handling extended warranty claims, warranty services, and installation support
The core functions will include
- Manage warranty claims, extended warranty programs, and installation services.
- Delivering SLAs and timely resolution on first-time fix basis.
- Monitor service quality and implement corrective actions when required.
- Ensure superior customer experience at every service touchpoint through service partner network
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing processes and resource utilization.
- Support topline growth through effective service delivery and customer retention.
- Contribute to bottom-line improvement by controlling service costs and enhancing productivity.
- Provide inputs for strategic planning based on service performance data.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of professional experience in service operations, partner management, field operations, service network management in the large appliances / consumer durables with focused experience on AC / HVAC products
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- Notable experience in managing Extended Warranty / insurance claims, Warranty services etc.
- Must be apt at fraudulent controls
- Positive if worked in multiple regions / with multiple brands
- Proven track record of building and scaling service partner ecosystems across multiple cities or regions.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, excel / Power BI, Charts etc.
- Excellent communication skills
