Role Description
The Service Manager - Mutual Fund will oversee day-to-day operations related to mutual fund services, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, addressing customer queries, coordinating with fund houses, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role will also involve monitoring performance reports and assisting clients in achieving their financial goals through personalized service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of mutual funds, portfolio management, and financial products
- Client servicing skills, including the ability to address customer queries and provide personalized financial guidance
- Experience with regulatory compliance and operational processes in the mutual fund industry
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using financial management tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the financial or mutual fund industry is a plus
