Service Manager
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our service team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in car servicing, team handling, and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving targets, managing profit centers, and developing service strategies.

- Lead the service team, including technicians and service advisors, to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in car servicing, team handling, and customer relationship management.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong technical knowledge of car servicing and repair.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proven track record of driving targets and managing profit centers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement service strategies to drive business growth.
