Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager - Consumer Products located in Noida. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate across teams, and ensure efficient project execution to enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, managing consumer product operations, implementing innovative strategies, and maintaining performance standards across projects. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration to optimize delivery quality and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Market Analysis and experience working with Consumer Products
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and the ability to leverage data to drive solutions
- Hands-on experience in Project Management and the ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Understanding and expertise in Product Management
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a managerial role is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus
