JOB DESCRIPTIONPosition: Service Manager – Electric Vehicle (2-Wheeler) ⚡🛵
Department: After-Sales / Service
Location: Peeragarhi /Bhadurgarh
Key Responsibilities- Manage complete after-sales service operations for electric 2-wheelers
- Handle service centers / service partners / dealers
- Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and servicing of EV scooters
- Monitor battery-related service issues and coordinate with technical teams
- Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction
- Train and guide technicians and service staff
- Ensure timely availability of spare parts
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them professionally
- Maintain service reports, warranty records, and performance reports
- Improve turnaround time (TAT) and service efficiency
Required Skills- Experience in automobile / EV 2-wheeler service management
- Strong knowledge of EV components (battery, controller, motor, charger)
- Team handling and service operations management
- Customer handling and complaint resolution
- Good communication and leadership skills
Experience Required- 4–8 years of experience in automobile or electric vehicle service operations
- Experience in 2-wheeler service will be preferred.
