Key Responsibility :
Handling generator service operations across Kerala, managing service engineers & technicians,
customer support handling, breakdown service coordination, preventive maintenance planning, complaint resolution, AMC handling, troubleshooting, installation & commissioning support, increasing service business, handling the service profit center, achieving service revenue targets, improving customer satisfaction, hiring & managing service team members, coordinating with spare parts & technical support teams, and maintaining service quality standards.
Preferred Industry : Diesel Engine Service, Industrial Equipment Service, Generator Service, Construction Equipment Service
