Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Service Manager based in Navi Mumbai. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing service projects, coordinating with the technical team, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and maintaining high service quality. Additional duties include monitoring product installations, troubleshooting technical issues, and interacting with clients to address their needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Computer Networking, Hardware, and Security Systems
- Experience in Intercom & EPABX, CCTV Systems, and Biometric/Access Control Systems
- Strong Project Management and Team Coordination skills
- Effective Communication and Client Relationship Management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address technical and service-related challenges
- Knowledge of industry best practices and safety standards related to security systems
- Experience in technical troubleshooting and maintenance is a plus
- Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
