Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, and manage service team performance. Responsibilities include coordinating service schedules, monitoring repair processes, ensuring compliance with established standards, and addressing customer concerns effectively. The Service Manager will also be responsible for driving team productivity, upholding quality assurance, and achieving organizational service goals.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and conflict resolution
- Understanding of automotive technologies, repair processes, and service management
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control practices
- Proficiency in service scheduling and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Experience in automotive service management is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
