Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager based in Gohana. The Service Manager will oversee daily service operations, coordinate with teams to ensure timely completion of tasks, manage customer interactions and resolve service-related issues. Additionally, they will oversee quality assurance processes, ensure compliance with company standards, and monitor team performance to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in operations management and team leadership in the automotive two wheeler industry
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Technical and mechanical aptitude related to automotive services
- Proficiency in administrative and organizational tasks, including documentation and scheduling
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with a diverse customer base and team members
- Ability to analyze operational data and improve service efficiency
- Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in a service or operations management role within the automotive sector is highly desirable
- Capable to handle all situations such as Customer dealing
