Service Operations Leader/Manager
Key Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with US customers during US business hours
- 10+ years of overall experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role for teams involved in :
- Provision, modify, and deprovision large volumes of user accounts across multiple systems and applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve provisioning failures, access issues, and data mismatches
- Analyze logs, audit reports, and system outputs to identify root causes of issues
- Proficiency in handling large datasets using: SQL (queries, validation, reconciliation)
- Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivots, data validation)
- Experience with bulk data processing, imports, and exports (CSV, XML, JSON)Experience creating dashboards and reports in Salesforce
