We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Customer Service team at Shaadi.com. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, improving retention, and ensuring excellent service delivery across all customer touchpoints.
This role requires someone with strong people management skills, customer experience expertise, and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Customer Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Drive customer retention and renewals by improving engagement and service experience.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction metrics (CSAT), NPS, and other KPIs.
- Analyze service performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to enhance customer experience.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and service standards.
- Implement best practices in customer lifecycle management and service operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5β9 years of experience in Customer Service / Customer Success / Service Operations.
- Strong understanding of Retention, Renewals, and Customer Lifecycle Management.
- Experience managing CSAT, NPS, KPIs, and service performance metrics.
- Proven team management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
