About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Service Manager who will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring high service standards, and driving customer satisfaction for our premium members. The role requires strong people management, customer engagement, and service delivery expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of Relationship / Service Executives to deliver exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure timely and effective service delivery to premium customers.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and service quality metrics.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex customer concerns.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve service quality and performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer journey.
- Track KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Requirements:
- 5–9 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or service delivery.
- Prior experience in team handling / people management is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer escalations effectively.
- Experience in service operations, customer lifecycle management, or relationship management roles is preferred.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in service industry, relationship management, Retentions, Renewals or customer success roles.
- Exposure to CRM tools and service performance metrics.
