Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee the operational performance of various blog-related functions and ensure the seamless delivery of content on the platform. Responsibilities include coordinating with content creators, managing schedules, optimizing workflows, and enhancing customer engagement. The Service Manager will also track performance metrics, troubleshoot operational challenges, and work collaboratively to improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- Project management and organizational skills to oversee content schedules and team workflows
- Excellent written and verbal communication and collaboration abilities to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with analytics tools and metrics to track performance and improve operational efficiency
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills to address challenges and maintain seamless processes
- Proficiency in digital content management systems and knowledge of blog publishing platforms
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media, Communications, or related field; equivalent work experience is also considered
- Exposure to content creation, blogging industries, or a background in digital media is a plus
