Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will oversee and manage client accounts, provide financial advisory services, and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to manage and support client portfolios, ensure compliance with industry standards, and identify opportunities to optimize clients' financial strategies. The Service Manager will also play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships and supporting organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Strong client management, customer service, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge and experience in investments, mutual funds, and other financial products such as stocks, bonds, and insurance
- Proficiency in financial advisory and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively on-site and contribute to a team-oriented environment
- Relevant experience and certifications in financial markets, investment advisory, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline is preferred
