Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Manager role based in Ludhiana. The Service Manager will oversee and manage the service operations, coordinate with the technical team, ensure timely resolution of customer requirements, maintain service quality standards, and provide technical guidance. The role also involves managing customer relationships, scheduling service calls, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience in team management, service coordination, and operational planning
- Technical expertise related to industrial tools, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in customer relationship management and issue resolution
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in an industrial or engineering services environment is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
