This is a middle management role, wherein you will be heading the customer service & maintenance vertical for existing clients and will also be responsible for driving new customer acquisition for service contracts. You will be leading a team of technical service engineers and will be coordinating with our clients on a daily basis.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Engineering is a must (mechanical and electrical is preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of working in technical service management (HVAC industry experience is highly preferred)
- Skills: HVAC knowledge, Team Co-ordination, Client Communication, Sales, Procurement, Hiring, Documentation, Reporting, Troubleshooting, Resource Management.
- Location: Faridabad, Haryana (On-site role)

Key Responsibilities Area
1. Team & Field Service Management
- Supervise and manage HVAC Service engineers, service co-ordinators, service teams handling field complaints for AMC jobs, chargeable complaints, and warranty-related issues.
- Oversee the operations and maintenance staff deputed at 5-7 HVAC sites, including chiller plants, VRF systems, and packaged AC units.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate employee performance, ensure system efficiency, and maintain compliance with HVAC industry standards.
- Address escalations and ensure timely resolution of HVAC system failures and breakdowns.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Meet with customers to discuss and secure renewals for existing HVAC AMC jobs and acquire new AMC contracts.
- Ensure prompt response and resolution of HVAC-related customer complaints and service requests.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining proactive communication, offering energy-saving solutions, and recommending system upgrades.
3. Billing & Payment Tracking
- Manage the entire billing process for HVAC services, ensuring accurate invoicing for AMC, repair, and installation work.
- Track payments, follow up with customers for pending dues, and maintain payment records to ensure timely revenue collection.
- Coordinate with the finance team to streamline the billing cycle and minimize outstanding receivables.
4. Procurement & Inventory Management
- Coordinate and arrange the purchase of HVAC spare parts such as compressors, filters, expansion valves, and refrigerants.
- Oversee the dispatch of HVAC spare parts/materials to respective sites for timely repairs and installations.
- Maintain inventory records and optimize stock levels to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
5. Vendor & Partner Coordination
- Liaise with HVAC OEMs to ensure AMC jobs are executed per their procedures, safety protocols, and online portal requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source high-quality HVAC equipment and spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines for equipment maintenance and servicing.
6. Project & Repair Management
- Oversee repair and renovation projects related to HVAC systems, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality execution.
- Manage minor projects, including new HVAC system installations and upgrades at existing client sites.
- Supervise on-call (one-time repair) HVAC services to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
7. Workforce Management & Recruitment
- Hire HVAC technicians, mechanics, and operators based on work demand.
- Conduct training programs for new employees to ensure skill development in HVAC diagnostics, system maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Monitor workforce attendance and handle administrative responsibilities related to staff (e.g., ESI, PF, payroll processing).
8. Sales & Business Development
- Drive the sale of HVAC spare parts, including filters, belts, motors, and control boards, to existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing client base and recommend additional HVAC services.
- Develop strategies to expand the HVAC service portfolio and revenue streams through energy audits and system upgrades.
9. Compliance & Safety Management
- Ensure all field operations comply with HVAC industry regulations, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Implement and monitor safety measures for refrigerant handling, electrical connections, and mechanical system operations.
- Keep updated documentation of all service agreements, compliance certificates, and HVAC performance reports.
10. Cost Control & Reporting
- Maintain cost records for each HVACu job to track profitability and control expenses.
- Prepare periodic reports on service performance, revenue generation, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce operational costs, and optimize energy consumption.
