🔧 POSITION: SERVICE MANAGER
📍 Job Locations:
• Kozhikode
• Palakkad
• Pathanamthitta
• Kottayam
• Thrissur
• Karunagapally
💰 Salary Package: ₹26,000 – ₹31,000/month
✅ ELIGIBILITY
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Service Manager is mandatory
• Automobile / EV service experience preferred
• Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Automobile / Electrical Engineering
• Proficiency in local/regional language is mandatory
• Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high-volume service operations
• Strong customer-oriented approach
🛠️ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee daily workshop and service center operations
• Manage and lead technicians, service advisors & support staff
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction
• Monitor vehicle turnaround time and reduce service backlogs
• Ensure safety, quality & operational standards
• Manage spare parts inventory and consumption tracking
• Drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with central and technical teams for escalations
• Identify operational risks and implement preventive actions
