Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of service management issues.
- Monitor and track service management activities to maintain compliance with organizational standards.
- Assist in documenting processes and updating knowledge bases to support continuous improvement.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- Experience in managing IT service management processes such as incident, problem, and change management.
- Ability to analyze service delivery data and generate meaningful reports to support decision-making.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Servicenow Tools Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
