Role Description
This is a full-time Service Executive role located on-site in Mumbai. The Service Executive will be responsible for ensuring superior customer service, addressing client concerns, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with teams, managing service schedules, handling customer queries, and ensuring timely and effective problem resolution. Additionally, the role requires ensuring the implementation of high service standards and effective collaboration within teams.

- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to address client issues professionally and effectively
- Experience in Team Management and collaboration to ensure efficient workflow and coordination

- Problem-solving skills to identify and rectify service-related issues
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience preferred
