Role Description The Service Engineer – Nagaland role is a full-time, on-site position based in Imphal. The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing diagnostic equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Daily activities include performing routine and preventive maintenance, diagnosing technical issues, and providing timely field service support to customers. The role involves on-site technical support, documenting service activities, training users on proper equipment operation, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for medical diagnostic equipment.
- Hands-on experience in field service and on-site customer support.
- Proficiency in technical support, including remote and in-person assistance.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures for electronic or biomedical devices.
- Effective communication skills to interact with healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Diploma or degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field.
- Ability to travel within Nagaland and nearby regions as required for service visits.
- Prior experience in medical diagnostics or healthcare technology service roles is an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements relevant to diagnostic equipment.
