Installation, troubleshooting, training, and hands-on support for the Operating Room
(OR) Integration Systems.
- Manage assigned customer accounts independently, ensuring high service
standards.
- Plan and coordinate system installations, preventive maintenance, and AMC/CMC
activities.
- Interface effectively with end users, clinicians, and hospital technical teams.
- Possess strong communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of PC hardware and Windows operating systems.
- Strong foundation in Biomedical Engineering, with ability to read and interpret
service manuals and technical documentation.
- Familiarity with hospitals across Delhi / North India, with 3–5 years of relevant
experience
